Carclo plc21 December 2006 Carclo plc 21 December 2006 Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Carcloplc ("Carclo" or the "Company") is required to notify the market of thefollowing: At the date of this announcement, Carclo's capital consists of 55,786,137ordinary shares of 5 pence each, with voting rights. The Company holds no sharesin treasury. Therefore the total number of rights is 55,786,137. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in Carclo under the FSA's Disclosureand Transparency Rules.
