Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (LSE: MAB1), a leading technology-driven UK property finance service, announces that the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 58,021,831 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote, of which 407,950 Ordinary Shares remain held in Treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 57,613,881. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
