Total Voting Rights and Capital

Inland PLC announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each of Inland PLC  in issue as at the date of this notice is 174,815,079 with each share carrying the right to one vote. 

There are 1,325,000 shares held in Treasury. 

The total number of voting rights in Inland PLC is therefore 174,815,079. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Inland PLC, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
