Computacenter PLC29 December 2006 In compliance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: At the date of this announcement, the Company's capital consists of 159,514,063ordinary shares with a nominal value of 6p each, with voting rights. The Companydoes not hold any shares in Treasury Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 159,514,063. This figure of 159,514,063 may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Computacenter plc under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
