Total Voting Rights

In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), Lamprell is required to notify the market of the following:

As at today's date, Lamprell's issued share capital consists of 260,363,101 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Lamprell is 260,363,101.

The above figure (260,363,101) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Lamprell under the DTRs.
