Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that the exercise of options over a total of 300,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Mr Richard Tice, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, have been settled by the issuance of the same number of Ordinary Shares from Treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company now has 47,225,186 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 4,503,103 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding treasury shares and also the total number of voting rights in the Company is 42,722,083.
