The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights and Capital' announcement released on 31 March 2009 at 10.30 am under RNS No 7950P.

Amendment to the text in the third and fourth paragraphs. 

All other details remain unchanged.

Total Voting Rights and Capital

Amino Technologies plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of Amino Technologies plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 57,893,052  with each share carrying the right to one vote. 

There are no shares held in Treasury. 

The total number of voting rights in Amino Technologies plc is therefore 57,893,052. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Amino Technologies plc, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
