Total Voting Rights

Redhall, in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, makes the following announcement:

As at the date of this announcement, Redhall has an issued share capital of 29,486,700 ordinary shares of 25 pence each with voting rights. Redhall does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of Redhall ordinary shares with voting rights is 29,486,700.

The above figure (29,486,700) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Redhall under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
