Voting Rights and Capital

The Company's share capital consists of 39,831,312 ordinary 5p shares ("Ordinary Shares") with each share carrying one vote. None of these Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Zotefoams is 39,831,312.

The above figure (39,831,312) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Zotefoams under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
