Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Sepura plc (the "Company") advises that:

As at 31 July 2013, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 138,645,431 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 138,645,431. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
