Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:

Company's capital includes 268,016,736 ordinary shares with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Company as at 31 July 2014 is 268,016,736.

The above figure of 268,016,736 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
