CLS Holdings plc (the `Company') Total Voting Rights & Treasury Shares

The Company announces that today it cancelled 2,114,209 treasury shares.

Following the above transaction the Company now holds 5,000,000 Ordinary shares as treasury shares and the total number of Ordinary shares in issue, excluding shares held as treasury shares, is 64,391,115. Therefore the total number of voting rights in CLS Holdings plc is 64,391,115.
