Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Sportech today notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 March 2017, Sportech has 185,614,244 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in issue, each with one vote attached. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Sportech is 185,614,244.
The above figure (185,614,244) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sportech PLC under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
