Amino Technologies plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of Amino Technologies plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 57,893,052  with each share carrying the right to one vote. 

There are no shares held in Treasury. 

The total number of voting rights in Intercede Group plc is therefore 57,893,052. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Intercede Group plc, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
