Lavendon Group PLC12 March 2008 LAVENDON GROUP PLC Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,Lavendon Group plc ("Lavendon Group" or the "Company") is required to notify themarket of the following:- As at 1 March 2008, Lavendon Group's capital consisted of 43,991,768 ordinaryshares of one pence each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in Treasury. The above figure (43,991,768) may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in Lavendon Group under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
