Norseman Gold plc - Voting rights and capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

Norseman Gold plc's capital consists of 80,690,000 ordinary shares with voting rights

Norseman Gold plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Norseman Gold plc is 80,690,000.

The above figure (80,690,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for

the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Norseman Gold plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
