15 October 2009 GEONG International Limited ("GEONG" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that as at 15 October its issued share capital consists of 37,834,621 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value with voting rights.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore as at 15 October 2009 the total number of voting rights in the Company is 37,834,621.

The above figure of 37,834,621 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GEONG International Limited under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
