Immupharma PLC19 January 2007 ImmuPharma PLC Total Voting Rights For immediate release 19 January 2007 In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, ImmuPharma PLC ("the Company") notifies the market of the following: Following the allotment of new shares on the exercise of options, the Company's issued share capital consists of 72,776,149 Ordinary Shares of 10p each which entitle the holder to one vote per share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 72,776,149.
