Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

Porvair's capital consists of 42,073,640 ordinary shares of 2p each with voting rights. Porvair holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Porvair is 42,073,640.

The above figure of 42,073,640 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Porvair under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
