Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of shares as announced on 7 May 2014 and 27 May 2014 (announcement amended on 28 May 2014), the Company's issued share capital now consists of 512,095,526 ordinary shares of 1p each, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 512,095,526.

The above figure of 512,095,526 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
