In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 31 July 2022, the Company holds 9,859 treasury shares with a nominal value of 5p each, and the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held as treasury shares) consists of 782,886,571 shares with a nominal value of 5p each.

 

Each share carries the right to one vote at general meetings. Accordingly, excluding shares held as treasury shares, the Company has total voting rights of 782,886,571.
