In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's total capital is 447,192,042 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 367,736,512 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as US$ equity shares, ,63,367,316 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as "2013" zero dividend preference shares and 16,088,214 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as "2015" zero dividend preference shares.

The Company holds no US$ equity shares and 2,051,508 "2013" zero dividend preference shares in treasury. In addition, the Company has also issued 58,075,764 warrants that may be exercised in relation to the purchase of US$ equity shares.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 367,736,512 for the US$ equity share class, 63,367,316 for the "2013" zero dividend preference share class and 16,088,214 for the "2015" zero dividend preference share class.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 447,192,042 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
