In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R and 5.6.1A and Greek Law 3556/2007, the Company notifies the market that the issued share capital and voting rights of Metlen PLC as at 30 June 2026 were as follows:

Therefore, the total voting rights as at 30 June 2026 was 143,316,244. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
