Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

During the month of June 2017, 24,553 options over Telit ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised, all of which were settled with Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 30 June 2017, comprises 128,624,918 Ordinary Shares, of which 815,943 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares which hold voting rights in the Company is 127,808,975. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
