Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 31 July 2010 is 21,074,789 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
