In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's total capital is 500,686,958Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 367,898,097 Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as US$ Equity Shares, 63,367,316  shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as 2013 zero dividend preference shares and 69,421,547 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as 2015 zero dividend preference shares.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 500,686,958 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
