Crawshaw Group PLC30 April 2008 30 April 2008 CRAWSHAW GROUP PLC ("Crawshaw" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights Following the announcement of the Company's admission to trading on AIM on 11April 2008 and pursuant to the Transparency Directive's transitional provision6 Crawshaw's capital consists of 46,680,194 ordinary shares of 5p each, allwith voting rights. Crawshaw holds Nil ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Crawshaw is now 46,680,194. The above figure (46,680,194) may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Crawshaw under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
