In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Central Asia Metals PLC (AIM: CAML) advises that:

 

As at 31 January 2020, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 176,498,266 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each. The Company holds 471,647 shares in treasury.

 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 176,026,619. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
