In conformity with the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31st May 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 65,406,275 Ordinary 2.5 pence shares. The Company holds 3,128,489 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st May 2024, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 62,277,786.

The above figure (62,277,786) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
