Total Voting Rights 

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 31 August 2009 comprised 27,460,383 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, with each share carrying one voting right. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine their interest in the Company, or a change in it, if they are required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rues to notify it to the Company.
