Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), the Company notifies the market that as of 30 April 3017 its issued share capital consisted of 537,323,880 ordinary shares of 8p nominal value.

The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

Each ordinary share is entitled to one vote. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 537,323,880. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
