In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1p of Deltex Medical Group plc in issue at the date of this notice is 100,359,629.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Deltex Medical Group plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
