The Company does not holdany shares in Treasury. The above figure (41,975,439) may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in Lavendon Group under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
