In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market that as at 28February 2013, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consisted of336,175,923 ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinaryshare). There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theCompany under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
