TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - MONTH-END DISCLOSURE

Plant Health Care plc confirms that, on 30 November 2009, its capital consisted of 52,622,743 ordinary shares with voting rights.  On that date, no shares were held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 52,622,743.

The above figure (52,622,743) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Plant Health Care plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
