Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, as at 31 January 2019, the total number of voting rights in Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC is 2,368,254,984.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
