Total Voting Rights

In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1(R) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 30 June 2010, the Company's issued share capital consists of 187,500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 187,500,000. The voting rights on all these shares are identical. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
