Latham(James) PLC21 December 2006 James Latham plc ("the Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company's issued share capital comprises 20,160,000 ordinary shares of 25peach and 987,000 8% cumulative preference shares of £1 each which carry novoting rights. 140,000 of the ordinary shares are held in treasury. The totalnumber of voting rights is, therefore, 20,020,000. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculatingwhether or not they are required to notify any interests or changes in interestsin the Company, as required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
