Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following: 

·; the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company as at the date of this notice is 13,189,210 with each share carrying the right to one vote;

·; the Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury;

·; therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 13,189,210.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
