Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed communications services, confirms that the Company has 18,731,037 ordinary shares in issue with each ordinary share carrying the right to vote and no ordinary shares are held in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
