ECO Animal Health Group PLC (the “Company”) announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company as at the date of this notice is 67,517,126. There are currently nil shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 67,517,126. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
