Close Brothers Aim Vct PLC29 February 2008 Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like tonotify the market of the following; Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC's capital as at 29 February 2008 consists of29,522,615 Ordinary shares and 15,846,847 D shares, both with a nominal value of50p each, with voting rights. Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC holds 638,813 Ordinaryshares in Treasury and 28,047 D shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close Brothers AIM VCT PLC is44,702,602.
