In accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Aquarius Platinum Limited advises that its issued share capital comprises 262,052,778 ordinary shares of US$0.05 par value. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Aquarius Platinum Limited under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
