Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that, as at 29 February 2016, its issued share capital consists of 418,116,472 ordinary shares of £0.001 each admitted to trading, with each ordinary share having one vote, of which 162,789 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Treasury shares do not carry any voting rights.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in respect of these ordinary shares is 417,953,683 with each ordinary share having one vote.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 417,953,683. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
