Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that, following the completion of a placing of new Ordinary shares and a transfer of some of its Treasury shares in the month ended 28 February 2017, its issued share capital consists of 439,014,156 Ordinary shares of £0.001 each admitted to trading, with each ordinary share having one vote, of which 135,317 Ordinary shares are held in treasury. Treasury shares do not carry any voting rights.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in respect of these Ordinary shares is 438,878,839. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
