Amino Technologies PLC02 May 2008 AMINO TECHNOLOGIES PLC (the "Company" or "AMINO") Total Voting Rights AMINO announces that, for the purposes of the Financial Services Authority'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1pence each in the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 57,843,050with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 57,843,050. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, Amino, under the Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
