Tiger Resource Finance PLC01 February 2008 Tiger Resource Finance plc ("Tiger" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights The Company's issued share capital on 31 January 2008 was 202,071,939 ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'). Of these, theCompany held 29,500,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury, which do not carry votingrights, at that date. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 172,571,939. The above figure of 172,571,939 may be used by shareholders in the Company asthe denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, theshare capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
