Latchways PLC28 September 2007 Latchways plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprises11,129,151 ordinary shares of 5p each. The voting rights of all of these sharesare identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holdsno shares in Treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of voting rights is11,129,151.
