Group PLC05 March 2007 N Brown Group plc ('the Company') Total Voting Rights in Issued Share Capital In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Companyadvises that as at today's date its issued share capital comprises 267,724,741ordinary shares of 11 1/19 pence each and 295,906,293 deferred shares of 0.01 ofa penny each. The deferred shares do not carry any voting rights. The voting rights of all the ordinary shares are identical.
