Total Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital consists of 46,155,700 ordinary shares of 2 pence each with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 46,155,700. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, under section 89A(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, as amended.
